We recognize that adoption is a deeply personal and emotional experience for everyone involved. We value open communication and strive to address questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
Individuals who have concerns regarding agency services are encouraged to contact Premier Adoption Agency directly so that we may have the opportunity to review and address the concern.
Individuals also have the right to file a complaint directly with the Utah Office of Licensing.

Licensing Disclosures
Utah law requires licensed child-placing agencies to disclose any warnings or violations issued by the Utah Office of Licensing within the previous three years.
Premier Adoption Agency has not received any warnings or violations from the Utah Office of Licensing within the previous three years.
