Letter from our Director

Hello Friends,

As founder and Executive Director of Premier Adoption Agency, it is my pleasure to introduce myself and our agency to you. I founded Premier in 1999 with the help of a mentor who believed in my ability to help people. At the time, I was a counselor for women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy and I wanted to do more to support them as they made life-changing decisions for their unborn children. To me, birth parents are the heroes of every adoption story and I want to make sure they feel "seen" and their stories are told.

Premier is an amazing agency with a tremendous team. We are committed to giving expectant parents extensive support, guidance and counseling, both before and after your baby is born.

 

We are a full-service, licensed child-placing agency in Arizona, Nevada and Utah, and we can work with birth parents across the country. We are also Hague accredited, which allows us to work with approved adoptive families in Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom.  We have a wide variety and selection of waiting adoptive families to select from.

 

In our adoption program, you'll receive counseling about all of your options and the information you need to make the decision that's best for you and your baby's future. Placing a child for adoption takes courage and commitment, and we are here for you before and after placement, with counseling and support one-on-one and in a group setting.

Our prospective adoptive parents receive support and training as they prepare to grow their families with your help. Adoption is a wonderful journey and a gift to birth parents, adoptive parents and the adopted child. It completes a beautiful circle and blesses the lives of all.
