Meet Our Staff

Executive Director: Catharine Murray, LCSW

With over ten years of experience in adoptions Catharine brings insight and determination to Premier Adoption Agency. Hailing to us with a Masters in Social Work from Brigham Young University, she is a perfect blend of education and heart. Her many travels, compassion, humility, love of children, along with this educational background give her leadership a solid footing on this path of human rights and child advocacy. As Executive Director it is Catharine's responsibility to oversee all aspects of both the Social Services Division and the Office and Marketing Division. Her job is tough and were it not for her unwavering commitment the rigors of this great work would have overcome her long ago. It is our honor to present her as an inspiration and blessing to all she comes in contact with.

Nevada Director: Ruth Horschmann, LASW

Our Nevada Director is exceptional in every way. She had 24 years of social work and adoption experience under her belt with the State of Nevada adoptions unit and The Children's Home facility which served special needs children in the foster care system prior to working at Premier Adoption Agency. She is a skilled caseworker and has never lost her compassion and love for children and the families who receive them. She is well known and respected in Las Vegas by the adoption community for her tireless dedication to serving others. Ruth's responsibilities primarily rest in administrating our programs and supervising our social workers who provide direct care to our birthparents and families. She is an asset to our team and we couldn't operate at the pace we do without her!

Pamela Lambey, LSW

Pamela hails from California but has lived in Las Vegas for the past 9 years. She provides direct care to our birthparents and adopting parents. She is always ready with a smile and a clear head to assess any set of circumstances that our clients are faced with . She has an incredible intuition which assists our staff in deciding which cases to take. She has a Master's in Social Work and has worked as a therapist, a mediation counselor, worked for children and family services, and taught social work at the local university before coming to Premier Adoption Agency to work full time. She is friendly, compassionate, and dedicated to her craft. We couldn't do what we do without her enthusiasm and spirit!

Executive Assistant to the Director: Beady Long

Behind every great woman is well.another great woman. Beady assists in the administration of the office of the Executive Director. She is in charge of scheduling client services, file management, book keeping, as well as gracefully managing any other duty she may be assigned, Beady has found a place in our hearts that we will cherish always. She may be the behind the scenes coordinator of many adoption requirements and rarely thanked or praised for her steady roles in the smooth running of the adoptions we do, rest assured if it bears the name Premier Adoptions, Beady deserves much of the credit. We are honored to know and love this delightful addition to our team.

Program Director: Ryan Murray

In charge of marketing, intake, outreach, expansion, and foreign program coordination, Ryan is eager to please and excited about what he does. Adoption is a sacred charge to Ryan as he works to magnify his talents to the benefit of all involved in the adoption process. Albeit idealistic in his pursuit to help others, his thinking big and thinking outside the box have proved instrumental in the growth Premier Adoption Agency has seen since our inception in 1999. His diplomacy, cultural respect, innovation, and genuine love for others have opened doors of opportunity for both children and adults from the four corners of the globe. You may see Ryan or talk to him as the first contact the public has with Premier Adoption Agency.

Assistant to the Program Director and Office Manager: Barbara Torres

Rarely are teams so fortunate to have such high caliber members so dedicated to their cause. As with all of our staff Barbara is truly a blessing to us all. Since great things happen all at once, Premier Adoption Agency operates in a state of constant high intensity. Barbara is our Queen Honey Bee, whose sweet work is the organizational backbone we all depend on. Her jovial nature coupled with her unconquerable diligence crowns her part of this royal family. In charge of office management, file maintenance, reception, finances, and a myriad of other essential functions, Barbara bears them all with posh and finesse. It is our great honor to present her to you.
